In order to confirm registration for your child in an upcoming class, please complete and submit BOTH forms below BEFORE choosing a timeslot:

• New Student Registration - required for NEW students. Submitted once to enter the student into our system.

• Parent Agreement - required for ALL students. Submitted each season. (1/year)
